Silversmith Academy Experience (4 Sessions)
Join Jo's Silversmith Academy!
A great opportunity for a much more in-depth exploration into silversmithing. Over a 4-week period, you will create your own designs and learn step-by-step how to make them in sterling silver, practicing various techniques such as soldering silver, texturing, sanding, filing and finishing (and potential to add a stone too, or an element of decorative design). This course is aimed at beginners/intermediates, who would like a more detailed experience of silversmithing, tailored to their own designs.
Intended as a 1-2-1 class, but if you want to book with a friend or partner, 2 people per session can be booked - prices per person still apply. Dates to be agreed with Jo, but can take place most days of the week, weekend or evenings, depending on availability.
The price includes use of equipment, tuition and the silver for agreed projects over the 4-week course.
